We had Clive from Waterworks NI out to clear a blocked sewer and couldn't be happier with the service. He arrived exactly when he said he would, was very professional, and worked in a clean and tidy manner despite it being a messy job. He cleaned everything up afterwards and you wouldn't even know he'd been there.

We had a blocked drain outside our kitchen and was leaking into our kitchen, called Water Works NI and came out within the hour. Cleared the drain and checked the connected drain. Gave advice on how to try to prevent it from happening again, even offered his wet vac to clean up. Really happy with the service.

We first came across Water Works NI when we needed a fairly urgent job done at a business premises. Clive came out, identified that the problem was an NI Water issue, and didn't charge a penny.

We'd had 2 other companies out to sort a drainage issue at the house who had both failed, so thought we'd give Water Works NI a chance. Several hours and a nearly lost jet hose later, the issue was identified and our storm drain running... all with an extremely competitive bill.
